Timothy S10J

This guitar is in 8.5-9/10 condition due to some dinks that naturally occur during extensive gigging in pubs and venues. Been giggin acoustic and band gigs with this gem for about a year now and the only reason I have to let this one go is because I have to finance some pedals and a newly acquired Martin that my friend sold me without emptying my savings acct.

The spruce top is ageing very nicely, having turned a sweet golden brown/orange hue and the sound of course has opened up too. Sounds like it resonantes more along the top and the neck than when I had first gotten it. But then again it could just be me.. It also just got a nice setup and fretboard cleaning courtesy of the talented Mr Jarvis, and upgraded with an FMI saddle to boot.

Comes with a lush warwick acoustic rockbag that goes for around a hundred dollars and a set of new strings if neccessary.

Medium Jumbo size
Solid Sitka Sprue top
Solid Ovangkol back and sides
Ebony fingerboard
Wood rosette
Abalone purfling
Maple binding
FMI saddle
Bone nut
Fishman Matrix Infinity pick up system
Gold machine heads and Ebony buttons

Ibanez AM400

From Justin himself

Hi all,

I'm looking for interested Ibanez guitar collectors to take up this offer to get a rare vintage Ibanez guitar at SGD900.00 (Neg.) only. Based on my research on the serial number, this baby was manufactured in Japan around '88 or '89, making it about 2 decades old. The finish of the guitar is not in mint condition after braving 20 years, but the sound and playability of the guitar remains fantastic. The finish of the guitar is MO or Midnight Olive.

Here are some reviews of the guitar that you may want to refer to before considering the offer:

2. http://www.speakeasy.org/~sven/site/history.html

And here is a catalog shot of the AM-400 in 1988:

Serial no QN60680 , produced in July 2000

I tried it through a timothy S10J ->DD3->Ampeg BA112 bass amp and it sounded phenomenal! The dd3 adds a different dimension to strumming patterns and room to singing notes with the short timings , 8-bit replications of your signal with the longer timings.
Good enough to gratify basic digital dreams and more!

Warwick Corvette Standard Ash

From the WarWick site.

"The body of the Corvette Standard consists of two or three pieces of US swamp ash. With its shape, ergonomics and sound the Corvette Standard satisfies the aspirations of the most demanding bass players.

The switchable, active MEC 2-way electronics and the MEC pickup combination complement one another. Three control knobs provide flexible tone control, in the studio as well as on stage. The highly sensitive dynamic response of the Corvette Standard lets you articulate the most gentle of nuances or slap it for crisp, fat basslines. Additionally, a 4 and 5 string passive configuration is available with single coil J/J pickups."

Really hate to see my main axe go, but bad times means less bass gigs for me and more teaching. Have been polishing the bass since I got it every week (as per the user manual), and hardware are all in pristine condition. - Clarence Chung

Gibson 61'RI SG 1975

This SG had been hanging around the house for awhile (and 33 years on earth in hands of many players i presume) ever since the tele went away.
I think the bridge pups' split out of phase for that single coil twang.
Neck pup sounds smokey and very woody , almost transparent to its very own electronic existence.
Neck is super thin and great for girls and the girls in boys.

For sale @ BlackWood Guitars.
